Since this next week is Teacher Appreciation Week at our school, I thought I would share with you some simple, inexpensive ways to create a poster that pops! In the years past, we were able to decorate the teacher’s entire door with wrapping paper from top to bottom and really go all out. Recently, they changed the “rules” that it could only be on a poster, no greater than 22 X 28. I little boring if you ask me, so I went on a search for ideas on how to really jazz up poster! After “googling” fun ideas while enjoying a glass of red wine, these are a few of the posters that were inspired. My favorite posters are the ones that I made that resemble a “chalkboard”. Very easy to make with black poster board and a white gel pen! Each of these posters cost me under $3.00 to make and they were a lot of fun! If you have read my previous posts, you already know that I am a perfectionist, so it was a little hard for me not to “re-do” these after they were made because of the “various” flaws, however, when you are short on time, you are forced to become like Elsa and just… “let it go”. Enjoy!
